Printing doesn't work and Print Preview crashes IE 11.

Hitting print does nothing, no page is loaded into the queue or sent to the printer. Opening print preview crashes IE 11. We are using the Outspoken premium theme.

I have tried stripping out the custom CSS, no luck. The 3 machines we have here all behave the same (2 running Windows 8.1, 1 running 7). Chrome does not appear to have this problem.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting http://whatbrowser.org/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

Hm, I was so hoping one of those would work. Ok, in this case I recommend contacting the developer directly for help: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/outspoken
For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.

Well no response from the developer and the demo site has the same problem I would avoid this theme if you can.

Sorry for the trouble! I’ll see what we can do about prodding the developer to respond, or beg one of ours to look at it.

That thread is from us. This is killing our launch, immensely dissatisfied. We are the point where we need a refund and a new theme if this isn’t fixed in the next few hours. Not an ideal situation.

I understand, I’m trying to get someone on that for you (ideally it should be the theme’s developer), and whomever it is will reply in that thread. If it doesn’t happen in enough time, the user who purchased the theme can definitely cancel and refund it via Store -> My Upgrades in the blog’s Dashboard.
