printing my blog

  I have ordered my blog as a printed book using Blog2print. It is two and a half months and I still have not received my book. I have contacted them and initially they told me the book was on its way back to them. I have asked for further clarification but they are no longer answering. Can you advise what I can do please?Has anyone had a similar experience?If yes what did you do?

  Dear shared book,
  I am absolutely delighted with the beautiful book that I ordered from you. It took three months to arrive.

  As already said the result is fantastic. However the process I had to endure with your company was most unpleasant.

  I am letting you know this in case you are not aware just how below standard the customer relations processes are in your company.

  It may be that your business is so successful, that you do not need to pay attention to customer relations and hence you can justify rudeness and lack of service. If on the other hand this is not the case and you would like to improve then I suggest you take the time to go through the correspondence that your staff members one called Jen and the other Jim had with me .

  These staff members seemed totally unfazed by the fact that they could not locate the parcel they alleged had been sent to me. In frustration, I finally went online to ask the WordPress community if anyone had had a similar experience to me. This seemed to trigger action on your part and I received my book.

  The behaviour of your company is so at variance with any other online purchase I have ever made.

  I hope that you will consider improving your customer relations behaviour, so that no one else in the world needs to suffer, as I did, in dealing with your company..
