is there a way I can print off the pages I have wrote so I can keep them?

I am not sure I understand this completely. Are you trying to print pages for your own reference or for backup.
Because all your content is very very safe here on WordPress.com
If your blog is hosted here at WordPress.com, we handle all necessary backups. If a very large meteor were to hit all the WordPress.com servers and destroy them beyond repair, all of your data would still be safe and we could have your blog online within a couple of days (after the meteor situation died down, of course).
If you still want to export the page content and keep a copy on your local installation, you can go through export content and backup link:

Hi there, besides the export option, if all you want to do is print individual blog posts, you can also add the Print button to your current Sharing button options.
https://wordpress.com/sharing/buttons/kodarescue.wordpress.com
Remember to save your changes.
When you are done printing, you can remove that sharing button.

Hi there,
As was stated above there is a print button http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/ in the sharing buttons that you can enable and it will appear at the end of every post/page. Both you and your visitors can use it post by post or page by page.
