Since last night none of my recipe posts will print – comes up with a message – problem with webpage
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I cannot print any of my posts, using the symbol or the right icon with a print and/or print review. It comes up blank and then a message “problem with webpage” then eventually goes back to the post but does not print it.

I can print items from my email, internet, other blogs but not my own blog! What is wrong???

Best Buy/Geek Squad cleaned up my computer and checked it for any problems. Printing still would not work and the Geek Squad came out Monday morning and fixed it. He switched me from Internet Explorer to Chrome and did some other things. Everything is working fine now…

Well, I first mentioned it on April 10th and you are now getting back with me on April 15th. I needed to take care of this problem and you guys are a little slow in responding to problems. I might have saved a lot of money. But, my computer is working good now after it spent two days at Best Buy and then a visit by the Geek Squad. For what I pay I would think the service would be better, not perfect, just better.

I apologize for the delay! We’re always working on improving our response times and helping users as fast as possible. For future note, please avoid posting follow-up notes in the same thread. For example, your original post was on 4/10/14. However, you posted a follow-up note on 4/13/14. When that happens, your post gets bumped down to the bottom of the list delaying response times. Just a note for future requests!

I posted a follow up because noone had responded in 3 days or even acknowledged me. What should I think? So, if I would not have posted a follow up when do you think I would have heard from you? 4 days instead of 5 – who are we kidding?

We answer user questions in the order they were received. I really do apologize for the long wait! I was just pointing out that we will answer your original post as soon as possible. Follow-up messages are not required and may delay the time it takes to receive a response as it bumps your inquiry farther down the support queue.

Thanks – I realize you guys are busy but having to wait that long for a response… It was strange that only my wordpress account would not print any more as everything else did. Oh well it works now with Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer. So, I am happy and thanks again :)
