Provided it is a site hosted by wordpress.COM there is a print button http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/ in the sharing buttons linked to above that you can enable and it will appear at the end of every post/page. Both you and your visitors can use it post by post or page by page.
Here are options for printing an entire blog

Thank you @careerpivotcelebration2016, we’ve duplicated this issue and will work on a fix. I’ll update you here when I have more news.
In the meantime, I did notice the print works well on another theme, so that’s an option if it’s something you’re okay changing.

just following up. I would be open to switching the theme from Boardwalk but it is not jumping out at me how to do that. I know high maintenance guy here. Or has there been any progress on fixing the bug of not being able to print the boardwalk theme? thanks

Not that I’m aware of but I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up response.
Switching themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site. Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do a lot of work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme with different features and/or if you have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.

Hi @careerpivotcelebration2016, we don’t have a perfect solution yet, but we’ve come up with something that does much better. Want to give it a try?

sure as long as you explain in simple english and don’t throw out words like widget etc. thanks
