  How do you change your blog from private to public

  Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username that registered the blog you can change privacy settings easily.

  T change blog visibility to Public go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 1. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
