  I am attempting to setup my wordpress site so that the people I give access to can only access the site (or specific information on the site), on one device. I want it to be setup so a specific computer and no other devices is the only way they can access the site for the sake of the privacy of information on the site. Can you help?

  You first have to make the site private by following the instructions here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  I am not sure of a way to restrict access to a certain computer but as a workaround, you can create a separate WordPress account and invite that account to be a “Viewer” of your site. Then accept that invitation and leave that account logged in on the computer in question. A better explanation for inviting an account to be a Viewer can be found here:
