  I’ve tried changing my site back to ‘public’ It’s not holding.?

  is the blog in question the one linked in your comment? If so, I am able to view it through the link and without access to the link. I believe that, if this is the blog in question, that it has been set to public. Sometimes changes may take time to be reflected in the settings.
