The blog is currently set as PRIVATE. I’ve read the procedure for changing this but My Site does not have the Manage option shown. How can I get the blog back to Public?
-
My Site/Manage/Settings in the blue lefthand menu. I assume you are logged in as the admin of your site? I assume you are talking about a site hosted here at WordPress.com?

What is the address of your site? Are you using wp-admin? You’d go to Settings/Reading in that case.

You still haven’t revealed the address of your site. Are you sure it isn’t hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software where things work differently to here.
-
Another admin has solved part of the mystery. This one page, however, has remained Protected.

Thanks for providing your site URL. I’ve looked over your site. The site itself is set to “public”, which is perfect. Looking further I find that 5 separate pages are still set to “private”. Go here to view your pages, and notice the small “Private” text indicator to the right of each of the last 5 page titles.
To change any of these pages to “public”, follow the instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/post-and-page-visibility/
