  How do I make a post private?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Am I able to make a post and the comments left on it “private” (i.e. requiring a password to access the post)? Or once I publish a post, do I have to delete it in order to make it private?

  On the Publish box at the top right there should be a Visibility option. You can set it to private there :)

  You can password protect the post
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/
  Or make it private
  Hover over Posts> All posts > Desired post > quick edit > Make private.
