  How do I set my privacy settings and invite people to read my blog?

  To change blog visibility to public from private go to > Settings > Reading. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  To invite others to participate in your blog see:
  adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
  user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
  The limit is 10 invitations at any point in time. It’s a spammer prevention limit. So simply wait and then send out 10 more.
