privacy access is not working

  new site, was open as I intended, now insists it is private site and wont let anyone in, including me, the author. The privacy settings are not allowing access even to other wordpress users, even though it NOT set for private access

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I already went through the “help” suggestions, double-checked settings>readers and the box for private blog is NOT checked.

  Does anyone know how to get actual tech support??? I emailed and have gotten no response from that, either.

  http://shatteredpiecesblog.wordpress.com/ is not private.

  Don’t email. Ask in the forums. As you can see, you got an answer within five minutes.

  well, don’t I feel stupid :-/ Thanks. Just that one little word “blog” made all the difference, and it was so obvious we missed it.
