Privacy & Cookies wont go away

Hi,
I studies forum, but there was no resolution. I changed them to new one, and I can see Privacy & Cookies banner at the bottom and it wont go away.
I am only using JetPack for gallery, which is great (If you omit the fact it SUCKS on mobile). Any idea why this would be the case?how can I remove this completely, since I am not colleting any cookies at all. I understand it’s WP.com cookies, but I could ( I suppose) live without those too.
It;s just hobby blog, we have few faily members looking it over, and we DO NOT really collect any data at allThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your link helped me in a way, that I checked widgets and removed Cookies from page. I did not really solve problem, but I dont need that warning, so I am good for now.

Yes, you are right I do have self hosted WordPress site with JetPack plugin.
