Privacy Error for my Domain
-
Whenever I try to visit my blog URL, Google Chrome displays the following error:
Privacy error. Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from quarebooks.wordpress.com (for example credit cards, passwords, or messages). NET::ERR CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
It crosses out in red the https:// at the beginning of the URL.
What is going on and how do I fix it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m able to load your site over https in Chrome without any problems. With the free address you’re also using WordPress.com’s SSL certificate, so you shouldn’t be getting any https errors with that URL.
Can you please check if you get that warning if you load your site in incognito mode in Chrome? If it works in incognito mode, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that helps.

Thanks for your response. I cannot load it in regular Chrome nor incognito mode Chrome again. Seems to periodically happen; I was able to load it for awhile this morning, and now that I’ve published a post it has the security error again.

It appears this is a fairly common error with Chrome, and could also be caused by your connection or even your anti-virus. Can you please try the steps here. It should be those under the first error message listed:
