Privacy Error Is Not Letting Me Log In To Admin To Transfer Domain

  Hello,
  
  I am unable to sign in to my Admin page, which is needed to complete a transfer from a different host company.
  
  On discontinuing their service, they did not transfer me back to my WordPress host, and now I get the attached screenshot. The site cannot be connected to at all, but when I try WordPress’ migrate options, it always says “this domain is already registered with a WordPress account.”
  
  Any help is much appreciated.
