Privacy error when trying to access my blog

  Hello,

  I am getting a privacy error in my phone and laptob when I try to access domain. I searched problem and it says that I need to install plugin to solve it. I don’t understand why I would need to upgrade to business for people to access my website? what was the point of paying for personal plan then?
