Privacy Error when trying to load domain

    When clicking on my domain from C-Panel, it says that the webpage is not private. I do not know what this means or how to resolve the issue. I need urgent help.

    Thanks for that! It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    Regarding the “not secure” message – that’s just your browser indicating that your domain does not have an SSL certificate. This certificate would allow your page to be securely loaded using https – since your domain only has http it’s technically not secure.

    You would need to reach out to your hosting provider to inquire about getting a SSL certificate or you can ignore that browser message.
