Privacy issues

  I am new to this and I just posted my second blog. I immediately got notification from 4 people I did not know liking the blog. This makes me a little nervous about privacy issues which could result in spam. If I understand this correctly, no comment ever gets posted without my approval. However, it appears from what occurred with these 4 people that anyone could begin following the blog and attempt to put inappropriate content. Where can I find more info about security.

  Nobody can put content on your blog unless you specifically authorize them to do it. Spam Likes are a given here, but they’re less annoying than spam Comments and hardly anyone ever clicks to read a Liker blog. I wouldn’t worry about it.
