Privacy-last name displayed

  I can’t seem to prevent my last name appearing on my posts. I think
  I didn’t allow it on my public profile page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have checked my private and public profile and I’m pretty sure I didn’t allow my last name to appear.
