Privacy options and blocking users.

Is there a way to block a specific person from viewing the blog? I don’t want to make the whole site private, but just deny access to one particular person.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

However, if you do blacklist be aware that you could be affecting numerous legitimate commenters as well. IP addresses have not been unique for nigh unto 15 years now. ISPs place hundreds of us in the same IP block. Moreover, using the blacklist is useless when people can get a new IP and/or new email address in no time flat.
