  We have some information about privacy policies on WordPress.com, here:

  Your WordPress.com Site and the GDPR

  Anyone can choose to add a customised privacy policy, regardless of which plan they are using. The Cookies & Consent Widget is enabled on Free sites by default but paid users have the option to disable it.
