  Where can I create a privacy policy. I see videos that have that option under settings but it doesnt appear on my dashboard

  Hi,

  If you mean the Privacy Settings Tool under Settings -> Privacy, it is only available with a Creator o higher plan.

  If you aren’t sure how to write a Privacy Policy, you are welcome to use our Privacy Policy as a template. We release our Privacy Policy under a Creative Commons Sharealike license, meaning you’re more than welcome to copy, adapt, and repurpose it for your own use. Please make sure to revise the language so that your policy reflects your actual practices.

  There are also online privacy policy generator services that can be used to create a privacy policy that fits your needs.
