You’d need to add links to those things in a text widget in your footer widget area, since links can’t be added with CSS.
If you need any help with that, just let me know.

OK, for example, let’s say the URL of your terms of services page is https://baertigerbackpacker.wordpress.com/terms/
And privacy page is
https://baertigerbackpacker.wordpress.com/privacy/In your text widget you could have something like this:
Visit our <a href="https://baertigerbackpacker.wordpress.com/terms/">terms of service</a> and <a href="https://baertigerbackpacker.wordpress.com/privacy/">privacy policy.</a>Let me know how it goes.

it works but I have made a site for impressum and datenschutz and that the problem I see it on the top menu now can I delete it there
-
Your pages were added to the top menu because you have “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” checked in your menu settings.
You’ll need to go into the menu editor and remove those two pages from it. If you don’t want new pages to automatically be added to the menu in the future, you can also uncheck that box.

I deleted the two pages and I uncheck it in the box but I the see the two sites on the menu how can I delete the site from there ?

Great! I’ll mark this thread as resolved but feel free to start a new one if you need help with anything else.
