Privacy policy and terms and conditions

  Hello,

  Situation: I have a wordpress free hosted blog/site with a personal domain linked.
  Question: Do I have to make for my blog/site a private policy and terms and conditions? Or is the blog/site automatic included in the PP and T&C of WordPress.com?

  You don’t need to post a privacy policy or terms and conditions on your blog directly unless you would like to do so.

  As a WordPress.com users, you are bound by the terms and conditions of WordPress.com and the privacy policy also applies to you, as a blogger or site owner—they are the legal terms you agree to by blogging here.
