  Hello, is there a way to block users or a way restrict users from reading certain blog entries?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. You can mark them as private or you can password protect them. It is under the ‘Publish > Visibility’ section of the post editor screen.

  There is no way to prevent a specific person from reading a public blog post.
