Privacy – Restrict Public view

    i wish to restrict access to this site and some subdomains i.e. http://gilchrist.com.au/cmlmarkets.
    Codex discusses 3 settings available in the Privacy section.
    My version of wordpress is 3.1.3 and only has 2 settings.
    the full privacy setting is no longer available.
    Is there a plugin designed to provide this type of privacy for V3.1.3?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
