Privacy Setting

  I would like to set my site to be private. So that no one can see it. I am no longer updating at this time. I don’t seem to have the ‘privacy’ option. Only ‘hidden’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site penny-hill.com is not a WordPress.com site, though it might be a WordPress.org site.
