privacy setting and viewing
-
I noticed that when I go to my stats on who has viewed my blog, there are numbers that show up saying this many people have viewed my post. I have it on private setting so only I can view it. Do I need to do anything extra to make sure it doesn’t get viewed in public?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just tried to visit your site and nothing is visible — I get a message saying your website is marked private. Also, a Google search for your URL shows no posts or pages have been indexed: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=site:thoughtsonmotherhood.wordpress.com&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.&cad=b&biw=1220&bih=678&dpr=2&ech=1&psi=oiibV7elHsj3Ut62tpgJ.1469786274898.3&ei=oiibV7elHsj3Ut62tpgJ&emsg=NCSR&noj=1
If you want to double check your privacy options, have a look at this information about privacy settings: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
One explanation is views by you/your collaborators are being counted. Has your site ever been public and then changed to private? If so, you could have subscribers to your content.
