Privacy setting doesn't work

    My privacy setting has always been set to where only I can view my own blog. I just checked and that’s still the case. This morning, I was sent an e-mail notifying me that someone is following my blog. How can this be?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This is what I see:

    http://w1ndryder.wordpress.com/ is marked private by its owner. You can:
    Request access to view the site. We’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.
    Log out and sign in as different user. You’re logged in as ‘timethief’.
    Learn about privacy settings.

    Hi there,

    Please note that a user wouldn’t be able to follow a private site as they would need to be personally invited by you via email.

    I double checked your followers list and found that no one had been added.
