  If you are hosted here at wordpress.COM, then this support document should explain things: http://support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  If you are self-hosted, then things are different for you because the software here is set up differently and you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ which is where self-hosted blogs are supported.

  To clear up any confusion that may happen The link I provide is a video
  and TSP’s link takes to the Text document They both cover the same thing. :-)
