Privacy Settings

  I originally set up my blog to “Private” and would like to change it to public. However, when I click on either of the public alternatives, it reverts back to Private when I click on the “Save Changes” button. What do I need to do to change the privacy status to public?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What browser and version are you using ? You can use this link to determine your browser and version → http://www.thismachine.info/ Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache then repeat the process to see if that fixes the issue… Browser Issues

  You should be able to change the privacy setting on the Settings -> Privacy page. Like slikbonez mentioned, it if you’re having problems with this it might be a good idea to clear your browser cache or possible try a different browser to see if that helps.   Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I do appreciate them.

  I am using Firefox 3.6.8. I have tried clearing the browser cache, but my blog settings remain at ‘private’. I also tried using IE 8.0 and clearing the browser cache before attempting to make the change. None of the suggestions worked regardless of the browsers and clearing the cache.

  I am open to any other suggestions you may have. Thanks!
