Privacy settings for blogs

  Hi, just set up a new wedding blog and can’t get the first post to be displayed without a password. As far as I can see the setting is public so I’m baffled as to why I can’t view it!

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Whats your blog url? & do you have your pass on as (Password Protected)?

  It keeps saying that the post is protected but I can’t see a way to remove that marking.

  I see.

  Edit the post. One of the boxes on the right allows you to specify a password. Clear it and save the post.

  It might be that you have software that tries to be helpful by automatically filling in passwords.
