Privacy settings – making blog private

  Hi guys, i don’t see the privacy settings > reading options on the site.
  Could you please advise on how i can go about making my blog private until i’ve populates it with content. Thanks

  The actual Dashboard menu is Settings -> Reading. You can see the screenshot here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
