Privacy Settings not complete
-
Hi, I would like to make my blog private but in my “Privacy Settings” I only see this 2 options:
1 I would like my blog to be visible to everyone, including search engines (like Google, Sphere, Technorati) and archivers
2 I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitorsBut the third option is not there:
3 I would like my blog to be visible only to users I chooseCan anybody please help me to understand why this third option is not visible?
Thank you in advance. -
You did not specify a blog address or reason for posting when you created this topic.
This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.
If you don’t understand the difference, you may find this information helpful.

Third privacy option missing? Sounds like a WordPress.ORG blog.
This forum is for WordPress.COM blogs only.
Go to http://wordpress.ORG/ insteadThe difference between .ORG and .COM?
Read this: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1That option is not available for WordPress.ORG blogs.
