Privacy violated on forum post

Apparently a topic was just posted on this forum when I was logged into my WordPress account on the support page. I was typing in information about the problem thinking it was going directly to a support representative. After clicking send it surreptitiously re-directed the information to this forum page.

I do not approve of the private information was inserted by WordPress. Additionally, I find no way to edit the posting.

Yes, that is the thread. I clicked Support in my account where it said it was going to live chat. I entered the information then clicked Send. Then WordPress surreptitiously switched to the Support forum, posted the message and appended the domain name into the message without any confirmation or advance notice whatsoever that it was doing so. That’s what I object to.

Additionally, I don’t see any way to edit or delete the posting of personal information the WordPress support forum has published without my permission or approval.

The beginning message said, “contact us by sending your request through our contact form, where staff members are available for live chat between 7:00am and 8:00pm Eastern Standard time. During other times, you can use the contact form to send us a short email.”

The WordPress support site did neither of those two options after submitting my message but instead posted this on the public support forum. I strongly disapprove of the way the WordPress support site is doing this and will take legal action if necessary. Thank-you.
