Privacy workaround

    Is there any way to put my blog in a lock down status by selecting the Privacy option private andl be able to forward visitors to another WP blog? I cut off public access yesterday and attempted to notify known visitors to go to my other WP blog. Is there any way to do a redirect?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    No, there is no way to do a redirect like that. The only workaround would be to make a last post on the old blog with a link to the new blog, and to set all the other posts on the old blog in “Draft” status.
