Private Account?

  I made an account private as I changed jobs and email addresses and now WordPress says that I can’t access the account at all, even though it sends recovery emails to my current email account. Is there a way to regain access? What am I missing?

  Hi there,
  what website are you trying to gain access to?
  I will add Staff to check in system.

  Hi there,

  I would make sure you are logged out of your current WordPress.com account when clicking the recovery email to regain access to your private account. What is the email address connected to the account you are trying to recover? Staff will be the only people able to see the email if you share it here.
