  Yes, you can make the blog Private via Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Yes but why are you SHOUTING! at us. Please turn off your caps lock key. Typing in all capital letters in cyberspace is called SHOUTING! and its considered to be very rude.
