Private blog: approved users do not appear in user tab
-
I have a private blog that we are trying to launch this week. Some invited and approved users do not appear in my user tab. So far I have had three test drive, one shows up and the other two do not. Am I missing something?
Thanks! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have they all accepted the invitations?
They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.
Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so. http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#invite-people-to-view-your-private-blog

Those who have accepted invitations still don’t show up as users when I click the Users link. They do show up when I look for users in the reading settings under site visibility and also when I go to the send invitations page, they show up as accepted users. But when I click on Users>All Users, they do not show up.

Hi there,
If someone is only invited to be a Viewer on your private blog, they will appear under Settings > Reading. They won’t be included in the user list under Users > All Users. You can find out more about managing Viewers on a private blog here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/#viewing-and-removing-viewers-from-a-private-blog
The list of users under Users > All Users on your blog will include the user roles listed on this page (Administrator, Editor, Author, and Contributor): User Roles
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
