  Looking to use my blog as a private blog for invited users only to also be able to post on the bog. I do not want the blog to be public or allow people to follow it who are not invited.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. This is all possible.

  First, instructions to set your blog to private can be found here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ A private blog can only be read by people you specifically invite as viewers. Viewers will need to have a WordPress.com username account to accept your invitation.

  Second, you can add other users to also contribute to your blog. Make sure you understand the different user levels before you start inviting people. If you only want them to be able to write and publish posts, add them as authors. If you want the ability to approve posts before they are published, invite them as contributors.
