https://healingbeyondsurvival.wordpress.com/ – is not set to private – I can view it
dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Only visible to those I choose
Note also that private blogs count the views of logged in viewers – logged in users are not counted on public blogs

Auxclass–can you explain? I still don’t get why it says I have two visitors (me and my only other invite) and 150 views. I can see my posts in the Reader, so can other WP bloggers see them, too?

https://moononthewaterblog.wordpress.com/ – is private
It should show the page views of logged in users – a public blog will not show logged in users

Have you read the stats entry in the support docs? Your own visits to you a private blog is being recorded in the stats.
The following are not reflected in your stats:
Visits to uploaded documents and files
Visits from browsers that do not execute javascript or load images
GoogleBot and other search engine spiders
Visits you make to your own publicly available blog (when logged in to your account)
Visits by users that are logged in, and listed as admins on the blog
