Private Blog = Private Posts?

  I have my whole blog set to private, but when I go to publish an individual post, it still gives me the option to publicly post the individual post. Will that post be visible to anyone who stumbles across my site or will it all be private still?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
