  All private, hidden and public options are disabled for me, why?

  Hi,

  The site hasn’t been launched yet. New sites are private by default until they are launched. There’s a “Launch site” button just above the Privacy section in the image that you provided.

  You may work on building and customizing the site without launchingt.
