Private Blog question?

  I’m making a blog to make plans for class reunion. I’d like that it to be a private blog just for classmates to read updates on the plans, votes, etc. I see that I can invite people but they must have the WP usernames to see my private blog. how can I add just their email addresses without them have to sign up with WP?

  Unfortunately, they’ll need to have WordPress.com accounts. That’s the only way we can keep track of who has permission to view your private blog.
