Can any administrator remove users from my blog?

  This blog is set up as private and our users will change regularly. Can any administrator remove those that received an invite but didn’t setup their account, or can only the administrator that sent the invite remove them?

  All administrators have full and complete ownership of a blog, and can do anything – including removing any users from your blog. It doesn’t matter which administrator sent the invite.
