Private Blog users rights

  I have a private blog that I want to invite a number of users to; ideally I’d like each user to have a page they can use that is private to them, (like my private pages as an administrator) they can amend but no-one else can. Somehow I don’t think this is possible. can anyone help at all?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
