Private Blog Viewer Limit

  We want to make a blog private and start inviting users to be Viewers. Is there a limit to the number of Viewers on a private blog? If so, how much does to cost to increase that limit?

  Somewhat related, is there any way to block a user, an email, an IP address, or any other ways to blacklist on a public blog?
