Private blogs and email notifications

  Can authorized viewers of private blogs receive notifications of posts and comments? There are a few of us using one as a group and we cannot get notifications of new posts/comments. Is this a restriction of the private blog? If so, why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If people who are invited as Viewers have also subscribed to receive new posts and comments by email, they should be getting emails.

  Thanks. I think/hope it’s working now. I did get a reply from another member of our group when she commented on my post. Fingers crossed!
