private blogs still allow unwanted subscribers

  My blog is private and only available to invited users. When those users visit my blog they can subscribe. However, when they are no longer users (I delete them from accessing the blog) they still are listed as a subscriber and there isn’t a way to delete them. Or is there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  by the way, I love my blog and I love wordpress.com. i should have said that up front. I mean it. I LOVE IT.
