  i would like to add a feature of letting others to leave me private comments.
  i have read this page http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/05/13/how-do-i-make-a-contact-form/
  however, i am still not sure how can i add such contact form in my blog. does it mean i need to open a new page and type this form into it? and how can i make those “space” for entering name, email etc in a new page?

  could you please tell me more?

  You create a static Page and title it something like “Contact” or “Contact Me”. Then you place whatever text you want on it. Below that you types (don’t copy paste) into the HTML editor [contact-form] and publish the static page.

  Note that once the contact form on the page has been published you will have to sign out to see what readers see. Whatever message a reader leaves for you will be emailed to the address you registered at wordpress.com with.
